Is it normal that i'm not that used to tinder?

So I downloaded Tinder yesterday so I can create an account to meet a woman in person one day.

I'm slowly getting used to the app Tinder, however I don't use it because I see my uncle using it, I only use it because I want to meet someone with the same interests like me. Despite me having to press "Nope" a lot. I noticed a few women my age liked my account for some reason, maybe its certain vibes that I give the women, despite on my profile I showed an image of myself wearing metal band t-shirts.

While using it the echo of the message that my uncle told me sometime ago in October he asked me:

"Why are you using Tinder?"
"Are you being realistic while using Tinder? "

I feel those questions for me personally are two important questions when using Tinder because who knows what the fuck can happen.

Tinder itself is like a new adventure, one day I would be able to meet one in person someday. I haven't given up the hopes of doing so.

    Tinder, while used mostly for hookups is also one of the cheapest and most widely used dating apps. Half of my friends got married from someone they met off of tinder.

    If you are on tinder, make sure you have a goal in mind first and foremost.

    Getting ladies to like you is difficult enough so I would look through their profiles to see if they are worth talking to in real life. As long as you are not weird in the first few conversations you are golden.

    Heck my current girlfriend was someone that I initially wrote off as a lost cause. After a few more texts and her number we met up and turned out to be more than a "make sure you arent a psycho" coffee date.

    You'll find whoever you are searching for eventually. You'll get there bud.

      Thanks for the enthusiasm I know I'll get a woman that I will probably be into.
