Is it normal that i'm on my period again 3 days after it ended?

I started the pill on the second day of my period. I took it for only three days, and then I stopped. my period lasted a normal 5 days. 3 days later I started a period again? Should I go to the doctor? Or is my body confused?

    It takes a few months to settle. Did you start with a hormone pill or a sugar pill?
