Is it normal that i need to shit all the time?
I am overweight. I used to eat whatever i wanted so i understand that i used to shit a lot. For the past 3 weeks i have been on a calorie restricted diet yet i am still shitting like a maniac. 3 small meals a day yet i shit as much as i used to. Its annoying. When i run in the morning i feel the urge to shit so i have learned to squeeze one out before i leave the house. Honest post although crudely written soz lol what gives???
