I hate cleaning and prefer to be alone and undisturbed when I do it. After midnight is s good time to be alone and undisturbed. I sure as hell won't lift a finger if someone is watching me!

I'm the same way and I think this is why my housemates don't think I clean much. I hate it when people watch me do things. Although I don't hate cleaning. People just often try to give me tips on how to do it and I really don't need that.

I don't mind the tips so much, because I'm not so good at housework. If someone wants to watch me I stop dead in my tracks. I feel like a servant if someone wants to watch me. If someone like my mother insists on watching me I feel owned like a freaking slave. It just feels so degrading to me.

    Very normal.

Many people feel peaceful and most productive at night, when everyone else is asleep. I know I do. An acquaintance of mine thinks the most ingenious and insightful stuff at night, whereas during daytime her brain is mush

Yeah, it is. Sometimes, late at night, I get the feeling that my room looks like shit, but in the day I don't care.

We all have different circadian rhythms and therefor it is not necessarily odd for someone to do things at a different time of the day than other people.
We live a "rock star" schedule, up until the wee hours of the morning and waking around 10. It works very well for us, though there are very few in our community who are awake after 9PM.
What we miss, from 6AM to 10, I wouldn't change for a million bucks; the quite and beauty of a tropical anchorage, a gazillion stars and the moonlight sparkling on the water.
