Is it normal that i pinch myself as i take a shit? just to make sure i am not dreaming.. because there were a few times where i was dreaming i was taking a mean shit and i almost shit in real life on my bed and now every time, im sitting on the toilet it feels uncomfortable.. idk IIN?
