Is it normal that i relate to the villains in movies instead of the heroes?
I don't relate to every villain, or despise every hero, but most of the time, I view the "good guy" as a bad guy and the "bad guy" as a good guy. Take Lex Luthor for example. The reason he wants to kill Superman is because Superman's bad habit of saving people is diminishing their ability to take care of themselves and not allowing the weak to be naturally taken out of the gene pool, thus making the species weaker. Lex Luthor wants the species to become stronger and better, while Superman wants to save many pointless lives due to unintelligent, anachronistic values on life and death. Another example of this would be Megaman ZX advent, a DS game. The "villain" wants to evolve the human species by turning people into mega men and pitting them against each other so only the best survives. Both of the "heroes" are typical, tropey, idealistic morons who "want to live in peace with the people of this world." Also, in both of these cases, the "villains" were geniuses while the "heroes" were of average intelligence.
