Is it normal that i rinse my vagina with water after urinating?
Every time I urinate, I rinse my vagina with water. After I’ve rinsed it with plenty of water, I pat it dry with a towel or some toilet paper. I tend to care for my vagina just as much as I care for the rest of my body, so developed this habit lately. I used to simply pat myself dry with toilet paper, but I realized that this method causes traces of urine to remain left behind on one’s genitals. In addition, if one has pubic hair, the smell of urine is retained in every strand. Speaking of which, I do have pubic hair. However, I groom it in such a way that the hair remains extremely close to the skin. I trim it very short with scissors. Then, I use an electric razor to “buzz” the hair in the same way that one would buzz one’s own scalp hair. As a result, my labia are completely exposed, albeit with very short stubbles of hair covering my nether regions. Grooming myself this way allows me to remain clean and hygienic without completely baring myself. I am curious as to whether others take on any of the approaches that I have previously mentioned.
