Is it normal that i see circles when come outside

Is is normal that when I look on a bright wall or I go outside I see circle that narrows ? Only for milisec after I blink and it happens for 1-2min. Only for millisecond after I blink. Just circle narrows. Idk how to describe it properly. Is that normal?

    Very simple explanation: Your parents never told you that you were actually adopted. That your natural parents sent you to earth in a rocket ship from the planet Kpypton shortly before that planet was destroyed. Somehow your xray vision was damaged in the flight and is now trying to correct itself. Are the rest of your super powers working okay?

    Its normal yea. It happens when you're in the dark alot or inside.
