Is it normal that I see rainbow circles on bright light ? ( in my case when I look on IPhone flashlight I see yellow and blue circles, it's close to this picture:
Is it normal?

    I don't think it's abnormal, just not a really common phenomenon. Light is made of of various frequencies, the aggregated sum of those frequencies will give the color you perceive. What you're experiencing is a separation of the frequencies. Either your visual perception is extra sensitive or your vision is deteriorating.
