Is it normal that i spend a really long time on the toilet?

I work in a place where there are sensor lights that pop on when a person enters the room. Apparently I sit on the toilet too long because the lights will go off and I'll be sitting on the toilet in the dark. This is bothersome because I then have to wipe in the dark and I can't tell if I'm getting everything or not. Then I end up using tons of toilet paper which eventually chaps (cheap toilet paper). At home we wash with water and not toilet paper but for some reason the U.S. doesn't use bidets and such. I find toilet paper disgusting and un hygienic. Anyway after using tons of TP I get up, leave the stall, the lights come back on and I have to sit back on the toilet to make sure I got everything.

However I find sitting on the toilet a very relaxing experience so I always linger. Besides a good, satisfying BM is great. Probably the high light of my work day.
