Is it normal that i started feeling a sudden dull ache in my vagina?

I started feeling a sudden dull ache in my vagina. As I just said, the ache is dull, so it's obviously not excruciating. It's a sort of slight ache that I barely notice unless I pay attention to it if you know what I mean. It's in my actual vaginal canal on the right side. I'm not supposed to get my period until about two weeks from now, but I don't know if it can still be related to that. I just know that it usually happens within a short time before my period starts and during my period. It actually feels slightly good, so I don't mind it.

I suppose, when talking about vaginas, it's better to feel a dull ache rather than a little prick.

It's normal to feel this every once in a while, not sure why it occurs

Infection maybe or some kind of tension, we do have muscle down there. I get little aches like this sometimes they usually disappear again quite fast though if not maybe you should go have it checked.

Sometimes just cramps happen. Not sure what exactly triggers them cause I have a dick and all but this isn't exactly rare.

R u in menopause. If not there shouldn't be aches. Maybe lack of estrogen or some vaginal infection.

    Get consultation with ur gyno.

I'm only 23 years old, so I doubt it's menopause. I can't figure what the reason would be though. I always keep my clam clean and dry.

I'm a guy, but I paid enough attention in sex ed to know that keeping your "clam" clean and dry as you put it so eloquently, isn't necessarily sensible.

Vaginal discharge is normal and comes in a range of colours. It can be a creamy yellow, white, or clear. If you douche your vagina too much with products from lovehoney or some shit, that will upset the natural pH balance inside your vaginal canal. This can lead to infections and UTIs, which aren't any fun at all.

I don't douche or use any of those ridiculous feminine products to wash my vagina. I just use a very mild soap and warm water and I only stick to cleaning the outside. I never clean the inside my vagina for any reason. The inside does a proper job on its own already.

That's good then. Sorry if what I said came across as accusatory. I didn't mean for it to.

No, nothing you said came across as accusatory, so don't worry. You were just informing me (and perhaps others) of what not to do in order to ensure optimal female reproductive health.
