Is it normal that i still can't pee?

I went to the hospital with a pretty bad infection in my groin. It actually became life-threatening, apart from the fact that I couldn't pee.

I had to be treated surgically and was given painkillers and strong antibiotic infusions.

I'm getting better, but I still can't go to the toilet normally. That's why they haven't removed the abdominal catheter yet.

I think it's weird. The sepsis and the other findings were treated and I am still taking the strong medication. Shouldn't the swelling have gone down a bit then?

    • I went to the hospital on the second of January thinking that I wouldn't get out of there. I was finally able to be discharged, but I definitely need to be checked regularly. That's what they told me. Can't say I feel fine already but better than on the 2th of this month.

I have a tube up my cock and I can't get it up. I am just pathetic. It sounds as if you are becoming pathetic too.

Omg that's terrible. Maybe they haven't been able to treat you because of COVID cases. But anyway you should call them an ask. Hope you get better soon.
