Is it normal that i still have the ugly mini stache n beard

My dad has this super awesome shadow, making him a lot more mature in appearance. I am 19, and I still have the mini moustache and beard that is usually seen on teens who just started to grow facial hair after reaching puberty. I don't know if I should shave more or what, because my friends have more areas with facial hair and it rocks.

    Just do the clean-shaven thing.

No matter how much you shave, it will not make your beard grow faster, stronger or darker.
You probably have more 'hair' genes from dear old mom than dad, so if you don't have a good beard by 19, you probably never will.
There are worse thing in life, so you would do well to move on and accept who you are, hair wise that is.

Still can't grow a full beard that is in any way noteworthy, but I'm working on a pretty good goatee at the moment :)

My brother is 26 and can't grow the facial hair that so many young men desire. Neither can our dad. It happens :( but who knows, you're still young. Give it time and see what happens.
