Is it normal that i stop breathing when i see someone on tv under water?

If I see anyone on TV struggling to catch their breath, holding their breath, or under water. I stop breathing and don't even realize I stopped breathing until I need air. Am I the only one who does this?

It would suck if you kept holding your breath and died. So quit that.

Is it because you want to feel like that person? It might be normal just unusual. I don't do anything like this, though.

I feel cold when people are in wintery conditions in a film or tv series but i've never done what you have.
