For the past almost 3 years i havent socialized in any way, i dont attend sports, clubs, i was homeschooled my entire life, (does homeschooling have something to do with my issue?) i havent kissed, dated, or anything like that. is it normal to suffer this Social Anxiety for so long? I feel good about answering this because I had the same upbringing as you. I was homeschooled all my life but I did do sports which was the source of all of my friends. Being homeschooled made me more social than others in public school because I actually had to get out and MAKE friends rather than let them come to me. I started out as really shy until I had my first few friends and I was able to be weird around them, that helped me get over being shy. I didn't kiss a girl until I was 16 and I didn't date a girl until I was 18. I knew high school relationships don't work out so I knew to wait until I graduated to date. Regarding your social anxiety, you should get some friends through other homeschool groups/homeschool sports. It'll help a lot, I promise. Don't let being homeschooled turn into a negative thing... Make the best of it! :)

A therapist could be helpful. It may take a few tries to find the right one for you, but that's ok!

I was homeschooled too, from year 8 because of severe bullying. And since I've had social anxiety and trust issues, too. So you're not alone. I've had trouble maintainign relationships with people because of this. Do you also feel awkward when you're in public and you're walking towards someone, or a car drives past you? I get anxious in these situations too. It's bad.. But maybe therapy would help?
