Personally, I've always found armpit hair to be incredibly disgusting, no matter the gender.

    Body hair is natural, and it's highly unlikely you popped out of your mother finding it disgusting. At some point, you learned to dislike it.

    It's probable that the only thing your disgust signifies is that you're a good little sheep and you've internalised all the advertising by companies that produce hair-removal products, and you've unquestioningly bought into the current fashion of the society you live in.

    Since visible body hair is a secondary sexual characteristic that only appears at puberty, it's also possible that you have issues about sexuality.

    I NEVER shave my armpits, if I want to get rid of the hair I get my armpits waxed, or use my epilator.

        The epilator isn't that bad if the hair isn't too long. I also use Clean & Easy numbing solution before I epilate. The waxing can be painful, but in the end it's worth it.

        Good question. I've heard that there's less of a scent when sweating if one removes the hair. I haven't done it in a while, I would probably do it if I had to get dressed up in something sleeveless.

    Same but most straight guys won’t shave their armpits so I just have to deal with it on guys I date

      Always shave mine, but my ex had really nice armpit hair and always loved sniffing them and rubbing my cheeks on them no matter how sweaty her's were.
