Is it normal that i think celebrities are fake?

Well, that's good for you that you're not manipulated easily. Celebrities are just people, what they present to the public is often fake though.

I'm convinced every celebrity is absolutely batshit insane. I mean think about it, acting could be an amazing passion, but there are plenty of ways to pursue it without being cannon shot into a public trajectory. You could do local theatre, Broadway, inde films. The people who don't specifically choose to be uber famous could easily still act, but fade into obscurity, but instead they choose a life of being stalked by photographers to the point of danger, being stalked by insane fans, being analyzed in every fashion, never having a moment to themselves to be normal. It sounds like a hellish life, and the only type of person who would actively seek that to their own detriment is an attention addict narcissist noodle.

No wonder all the celebrities are drug addicts & child molesting scientologists, seriously. & tom cruise has a middle tooth. Google it. Fucking nut jobs.

Every time people find out another celebrity is crazy as fuck, I feel somewhat not surprised.

Many of them are, yeah.
None of my idols seem to be though. The members of my second favorite band even though they're a pretty big band nowadays interacts with their fans a lot on social media, i've gotten replies in DMs a few times myself from the one member who has a personal account, and been reposted on the bands instagram-stories several times last year. Even the fanbase is full of lovely people who are very supportive and caring of each other.
But there's lots of fake ones, and many celebrities who become fake when they get more famous because it gets to their heads.

There are a few nice, genuine ones out there (like my celebrity crush) but most of them are fake.

Some are clearly putting on a fake persona.

Others are humble and private. I believe these people.

i liked letterman cause he kept his private life out of it and he was never afraid to make people look like the fuckin jerks that they are

I don't know, I'm rather wary of grouping all so called celebrities into one big group like that. Sure there are fake, phony people, but I certainly wouldn't say that about everyone.
