Is it normal that i to myself and think outloud?
I always talk to myself, whether it's outside, home, school, I say my thoughts outloud, it just sounds better... Sometimes i need to force some of the thoughts outloud because it lets me concentrate on the subject but other thoughts just bump into that one. So at one point I'm talking about one thing, and then I start talking about something else. Is it normal to do that? Should I consult someone if necessary?
