Is it normal that i want a halo movie?

I can't be the only one who would love to see a full-length feature film based on the Halo games? I see so much potential there.

Video games are a medium best experienced playing as a charicter. The lore while tantalizing, I feel like film studios will find a way to fuck it up so badly that its not canonical.

    • Yeah, indeed. That movie would probably be the biggest box-office success of any videogame-based movie.

It would be kinda hard to find the right actors for the movie.

In reality what makes a good movie based of fictional entities are people who can actually act and the actual plot that is deemed good.

        Could, but it won’t.

Films based on video games are notorious for turning out shitty.

  • Theyve done quite a few Halo movie/shows. I believe there was a shirt movie involving Locke and there was a mini-series on one of the characters from Halo 4 or 5 about him training to be a soldier.

    Good shit.

    • Yeah, but I want an actual, high-budget, full-length Hollywood movie based on Halo.

      • Pretty sure they had one in the works, right? Or was it cancelled?

        • Yeah, they had one in the works. But Microsoft kinda fucked it up, if I remember correctly, since they supposedly don't have such a great understanding of the movie business. That's what I've read anyways.
