Is it normal that i wasn't able to run as strongly as i usually do?
Today, I was following my usual routine of running in the mornings. But I was caught by surprise when I realized that I wasn't able to run as hard and as long as I usually do. Regardless, I did my best and I'm not going to give up. I've been on a running routine for a little more than two months now. I'm thinking maybe I've been pushing my body to limit too often or too soon. My legs felt like giving out and my breath was more difficult to catch. Basically, I felt a lot more fatigue and difficulty breathing. It was to the point where I felt like fainting. It has been about two hours since then, so I've recovered from that. But is my body trying to tell me to take it easier or something? I'm interested in any kind of input.
