Is it normal that i waxed my armpits until one of them got red?

I was waxing my armpits tonight. Actually i was letting my mom do it for me. But she waxed one of my armpits so much that it got red. The freaking hair wouldnt come off so easily for some reason so i told her to just keep waxing it. Basically, my left armpit was fine but my right armpit got fucked up. It was red before and it still had hair on it so i just decided to tweeze the rest of the hair off. And i kept on tweezing it until no hair was left even though it was painful. When i was done i wet a washcloth and put it in the freezer for like 20 minutes and then i put it under my right armpit for like 10 minutes. Right now its just pink but its still sore. I like how naked they are. They are like gay smooth and it feels great. But i wonder if i should ever do this at home again. Im a girl by the way.

    When waxing your armpits you should never wax the same area twice, or else it will just tear the skin off along with the hair. I did that once and it was torture. You're technically not supposed to do it to your legs either, but your armpits are especially sensitive so you definitely shouldn't do it there. I just use hair removal cream for my armpits now instead, it's so much quicker and easier anyway.

      Could you tell me which brand of hair removal cream you use? I once tried to nair my armpits, but that irritated them too. This happened even though the nair was supposed to be for sensitive skin. Besides that, it didn't remove any of the hair.
