Is it normal that im scared of blenders?

Every time someone is blending something I have to leave the house. The noise makes me absolutely terrified. Any thoughts?

      Don't most blenders tend to have like... blades? That's like a swirling metal death trap for a guy's penis!

    My sister is afraid of vacuum noises and I thnk blenders here and there... She's fine when making smoothies, though...
