Is it normal that im scared to death of the beach?

I am not afraid of the water or anything its just that when im at the bach im scared to even get up. Everyone says that its fun if u get passed where the waves break but im to scares to even get shin deep in that water but like at pools and everything. im fine . Im even scares to get out of my beach chair and walk around unless o have someone with me. and .im not afraid about being kidnapped either im just afraid of the beach even.pics fraeak me out

    Your fear is keeping you from enjoying the experience. Find your happy place. I used to horseback ride on the beach. Get the horse to run in the water. Awsome! I felt so at peace. I live next to the Pacific Ocean.

    Now!! I like to go on cruise ships and have a fear of fallIng over the side. So, I don't lean on the rail. I stand back. I still have a good time though. You get to see pieces of other countries if you can get beyond the shops that engulf you when you get off the ship. It's all worth it.
