          I think they got rid of that feature a little over two years ago. From what I was told here by other users there were too many trolls uploading pics of gore, dicks, child abuse, animal abuse, and other shit and the owner got tired of it so he got rid of the feature. I kind of miss the ability to upload profile pics. I used to upload my ugly mug as my profile pic. XD

            The jist of it was is that the owner was too retarded to get mods because "he can't trust anyone" like the little edgelord he is, and decided to remove the function because of his inability to moderate.
