Is it normal that it hurts to swallow?
So I woke up at around 10. I took my pills for anxiety and depression. I ate cereal and while I was scrolling through iFunny, my throat started hurting. It was like a burning sensation, but the pain was bearable. A few minutes passed and underneath my breast bone there was a tight pain. I started freaking out and called my mom because I was home alone and I am literally a child. While I was having a panic attack, my mom sent a neighbour over and she took me to the hospital. They did a chest x-Ray and all of that other hospital shit and found nothing so I went home. I was told to have a bland diet, so I got a sub from subway. That's pretty bland or whatever am I right I sure am. I started eating and when I swallowed, I felt a sort of sharp pain under my breast bone. A few seconds after that I felt a sharper pain in the same place. I have a very very low pain tolerance so I found myself unable to eat. I also feel as if something is stuck in my throat and I feel the need to vomit. I took store brand Tums and a heart burn medicine or whatever. It didn't really help. Now it has been 12 hours and my chest pain is not nearly as bad. But it still hurts and I feel like I have something stuck in my throat. I am wondering whether or not this is something 'normal' or not.
