Is it normal that millenials fight and ruined my life over a fan?

My horrible step daughter and son in law are visiting. They left the fan on and left the room. So I screwdrivered the room opened and turned their fan off and lectured them about the high cost of fans which led to a screaming crying match. My step daughter thinks I was searching her room because I often snoop on her to see how in debt they are in and how much they are drinking and what other gossip I can find on them.

My son in law ask why I didn't ask them to turn the fan off.But young people today are so lazy and inept I don't think they could handle turning off a fan.

Which led to my wife and her fighting , which led to them not speaking . Which led to my wife getting air conditioning installed TODAY with my credit card and not okaying it with me first. What do I do ? How do I handle this? She seems happy and not mad at all.

Sue my son in law and step daughter for payment for the air conditioning 0

Get a divorce 4
beg my wife to uninstall the a/c because I have to wear a winter coat even when it is 80 out? 1
promise to pay for step daughter to go to shrink because she is obviously bipolar 2

      Dude why do you even care ? That is what my daughter and son in law kept saying.I do care because I hate spending money ,esp on these ungrateful millenials who are the reason social security is going bankrupt.

    You sound like an overly sensitive drama queen! Man up! Is this your definition of a ruined life?! Your in-laws left a fan on and your wife installed an air conditioner?! You should thank your wife for that. Summer is hot. You gotta keep cool.

      Yeh, the auto-correction on my phone also writes out duck instead of fuck. On my phone though, my auto-correction will actually sometimes place words that are totally different from the word I typed, like I will type "shoes" and the auto-correction will put in "carborator", I'm like WTF!? There's absolutely no similarity whatsoever there.

        Ok I can get you being mad at the two for running up the electric bill and I completely understand why you would be mad at your wife for buying air conditioning without talking to you first about it.

        But why hate millennials for I get there are some cultural differences but I don't get what that has to do with anything.

        Also why divorce your wife she seemed to be on your side maybe you should just talk to her.
