Is it normal that modern pop music gives me headaches?
Not kidding, I actually get headaches when hearing today's pop-music being played. There is something about it that my brain and eardrums simply can't tolerate.

Mainstream music shifts and changes. Everyone has a 10 year sweet spot for music based on when they grew up. For instance, I'm 21 and listen to a lot of 2010s techno amd EDM music. My dad listens to rock music from the 80s. My sister listens to a lot of 2000s pop music.
In other words it's "Kids these days." syndrome. It bleeds into other forms of entertainment as well.
It doesn't give me headaches that I've noticed (though now that I think about it, I have had headaches when it's come on in my car, but I'm not sure if that's the cause or not), but it usually sounds like a bunch of clashing noise to me and is generally pretty unpleasant to the ears. It seems louder and more abrasive than a lot of pop music from the past as well.
I definitely don't find most of it pleasant to listen to at all and would rather not listen to anything at all than that stuff.
It does not really give me headaches for me personally, I just choose to not listen to it.
