Is it normal that my body does this??
Am currently body building and
since i've bulked enough am
trying to trim down now(cutting)
by basically performing calorie
deficit. Ive been cutting 4 about a
month and i've lost 8.8lbs(4kg).
Here's my question. . When
someone tries to trim down he/
she should lose belly fat plus
MAYBE some muscle.. But i've lost
neither, i measure my arm size
and they're the same size they
were a month ago.. Plus i haven't
lost a single bit of my belly fat at
all. So what am i losing? Where's
that 8.8lbs weight loss came
from? Skeleton?? :D . .seriously
tho. . What is happening to me?
