Is it normal that my calves never stop being sore?
During the weekdays, I walk for 20 minutes and then I alternate between walking and jogging for the last 40 minutes. I avoid jogging on the weekends, but I walk for an hour or two. I thought two days off of jogging would be enough recovery time for my calf muscles, but they remain continuously sore. They are not excruciatingly sore, but it's enough for me to notice it. I noticed that it hurts my calves when I jump (even from a very short height, such as from a chair). I have been following this routine for about two months now and I can see some definition in my legs. However, I wonder if this is truly what it takes to achieve the results that I gotten so far. If not, then I wonder if I'm doing something wrong or if I need to add something to my fitness routine.
