Is it normal that my cats drink tea?

My family and I drink a lot of tea. We are Irish, so when I say 'tea' I mean a hot drink with milk and sugar brewed with teabags. We rarely finish these cups of tea and leave them on the table. These cool down and our 4 cats jump onto the table and drink the tea out of the cups. I'm not sure if they like the taste or the buzz from the caffene. Is this normal behaviour for cats?

Yeah my kitty loves anything with milk or cream. Maybe you should let your cats have some goats milk as a treat. It's easy for most animals to digest.

I personally think it's normal. My Siamese cat and BFF, Trevor Andrew, has been known to drink Gatorade.

It's normal behaviour for the cats but why the fuck do you let your cats jump on the table and drink out of your cups, there dirty animals, and why don't you rinse out your cups and put them on the dish rack, you sound like a family of British stoners.

Shouldn't your cats be drinking Guinness?

I had one who loved iced tea. I always had to watch my tea or he'd drink it. He also loved cashews.

They probably like the milk also. Do you pronounce it "tay" or is that a generalization?
