Is it normal that my dog used to eat my scabs in my sleep

This was back when she was still alive. There were times I'd wake up, and she'd be either be in the process of plucking them or she'd already be done and just be licking the blood. She knew I didn't like it and would run as soon as she noticed I woke up. My parents and little bro would always let her in my room at night while I was asleep even though I told them not to. She didn't do it all the time, but it was still creepy and weird. Is it normal?

    It's normal. Dogs eat pretty much anything. It would definitely creep me out though. I've seen a video on YouTube of a person peeling a scab from a dog and then giving it to eat it which it did. I've also seen a video of someone peeling the hard stuff on the heels of his feet and a dog pops up and starts eating whatever's falling down.

      Dogs will eat MOST anything for sure unless it is actual animal food.
      Ingrateful little bastards.
