Is it normal that my friend keeps saying i smell funny when he's drunk?

Twice on Facebook my friend has told me I smell funny just like him ! He said us reptile owners all are weird & smell funny. I am pretty sure he was drunk as well because he messaged me around the time he gets drunk which is usually around 10:30pm.
Why does he keep going on about this, it actually offends me because im a clean person. I usually put on deodarant or perfume. No one has ever told I smell bad either...

      Not necessarily the case as my aunty speaks absolute B.S when she's wasted! Brocken promises and all so really drunken talk can sometimes be the truth and other times, its completely off!
