Is it normal that my friends keep leaving my messages on read?

So I have this group chat of 5 of my close friends, including me. Lately I have been noticing that they are usually not online at times I am online , and when I do come online and join their conversation, it just ends so quickly.
I also notice that many of my messages are ignored by them. I would ask their opinion on something popular and they just ignore it and move on with their conversation.
Is that fine and I'm thinking too much or could they actually be toxic ?

    Sounds like they feel a certain way about you.. Maybe it's something you did or said in the past. I'd say it's best to ask them personally if they have an issue with you, and if they say that they don't but still continue to act weird then you know for sure something is up and they're not telling you. Then it's probably best to find some new friends.

      i saw it as such a great advice but when i actually asked them once " how is it that none of you are online when i have to say something" , most of them didn't even acknowledge it and the one that did reply to me said it was probably just a coincidence... that one person who replied to me is the who usually dosent quite listen to me either so
      i guess you are right about finding new friends

        If they didn't even acknowledge it then it definitely sounds like they don't really care or something. But you said they were close friends right? So do you see them in real life often?
