Is it normal that my hand won't stop shaking?

my right hand goes crazy and doesn't really stop shaking and my ring finger is the worst, but my left hand is fine and people just notice that during certain times.

    This could be anything from a brain tumor to a genetic disease, and you are asking for help from us? I'm thinking that your tremors aren't the worst of your problems.
