Is it normal that my posts always get rejected

my posts always spend days 'awaiting moderation' and then they get rejected it's so annoying and it only takes one report to immediately delete a post even if it's the stupidest report ever someone once reported me coz they didn't like me and then my is it normal account got locked out

    I've had posts not accepted or taken down every so often... no clue why especially with what I see getting accepted here...
