Is it normal that my white heads stayed with me for this long?

I developed white heads on the sides of my nose at the age of approx 15 and now I am 28. I can't do any thing to get rid of them. They are extremely stubborn. If I am to squeeze them out, my nose looks clean for a while until I develop new ones. What do I dooooo? I hate themmmmm!!!!

    Watch those blackhead / whitehead popping videos on youtube. They're awesome.

    Your skin is probably very oily.
    1. Try not to touch your face at all.
    2. Buy some oil blotting papers (you can get them at most beauty stores or Walmart or something like that.

    3. Buy an acne face wash.
    4. Use oil free face lotion
    5. Get lots of sun when you can it helps with acne. BUT always use an oil free sunscreen.
    6. Change your diet to eat healthier foods.
    7. Wash your pillow cases regularly. Oil from your face can build up on there fast.
    8.If you're a female always wash your makeup off, use makeup wipes and makeup removing soap in the shower.

    9. Also you can use a toner. (also available at walmart) just pour some on a cotton ball and apply the toner to your nose area.
