Is it normal that ranch dressing squirting in my eye made me change my life around?

About 2 months ago I ordered pizza hut and when i got downstairs with my plate stacked high with the doughy trash food, I went to go open the ranch dressing dipping cup, and somehow due to how I was holding it and putting pressure on it, it squirted up directly into my eye with precision and force.

I felt like a mess, my eye hurt, and when i went to go wash it, i could feel a zit that hurt as i was touching my face with now oily pizza hands. I washed up , threw the pizza out and i've been eating barley, plain cream of wheat, turnips, radishes, and other healthy foods ever since.

            Pizza hut is not exactly very good pizza anyway, their quality really went downhill from how they tasted like 25-30 years ago

      It seems like lately this site is becoming "Dear Abby" or something. Is it just a phase kind of like the other phases which are in and out like a short dick or what do you think?

      This thread is not so much "dear Abby" but like right now, a thread asking if it is ok to date older women, has someone bought a lottery ticket, adult dog and puppy not getting along...

      MUNDANE junk. I mean if anyone wants dull and mundane, we could start a poll about if someone dries their left or right leg first after a shower.

        I hear you though, there are a lot of stupid questions, the obviously ok age gap one in-particular is a reoccurring dumb question. I just ignore them though and look for better ones. This post is kind of dumb, ill give you that....but it's just a random short true story, thats a bit odd, so..

        + there is only so many shocking things before they repeat, + You gotta hunt for the diamonds in the rough or create them yourself. every post isnt made for every person . + you can always comment and start a discussion off of any post about anything. The post about Lottery for example, you could talk about lots of interesting things under that topic if you so choose to start it. gambling stories ect.. and gambling doesn't interest you or you have non to share then you know head over to another topic or make one.

    i think you are a motherfucking soldier. after i had the best margherita pizza in my fucking life at Da Legna's in New Haven i swore not to eat another pizza, it was that good. i have stuck to this ever since. that fucking pizza set the bar so high that i refuse to let any fucking trash pie into my mouth ever again. the ranch was a sign, and you followed it. bravo

    Avoiding junk food in general and the slabs of highly processed, high-salt, high-fat crap that Pizza Hut calls pizzas is a great idea. How you got to this decision is a bit unusual, but you'll be healthier and happier if you stick to your change of diet.

      Being processed does not make a food automatically bad, nor does it being high fat, or high carb, or high salt. It is high calorie buddy! You know a lot about sex and shit, but don't mislead people on nutrition!

          I don't like people making blanket statments about nutrition such as those that boojum made. He gives lots of other good advice, but this is one area I know a lot about. I would love to debate anyone!

            Just because you have more expertise and detail, what is wrong with his blanket statement, he's just just generally saying don't eat shit food. its like if someone said "ya don't eat sugary shit" and you come out saying "well sugar doesn't automatically make food bad so don't tell the op bad advice" its like ya...of course, the original commenter still has general good advice.

              Notice how I never actually said that what he said was bad advice. It is just the wrong reason for an otherwise good generalized recommendation. I just don't approve of the simplicity that high carb foods are bad or sugary foods are bad. These misconceptions cause people to never go on a diet in the first place because they think it will be too restrictive.

      Some of it tastes disgusting too, especially Burger King, no other fast food place has taken such a nose dive in quality the past 20-25 years. Wendy's isn't far behind on that

    Whoever eats pizza with ranch dressing deserves any misfortune that falls upon them. It serves you right. Ranch dressing has its place but it isn't anywhere near pizza.
