Is it normal that the customer service teams sounds like scams?

Every time I hear an Asian man or woman walking me thought of putting down my personal details... It's the exact same! I don't trust anyone other than any other accent other than Asian nowadays. FYI I got framed on the internet in the past so I can't trust Asians so easily.

    What is really so sad is that they are given these checklist of all the things they need to verify before they can go to the next step.

    Any intelligent person has done at least half the checklist before the called customer service... and they are not permitted to skip ahead.

    I use to use straight talk as a phone service and the customer service people are out of the philipines. After every question they'd say "Yes sir thank you for asking. I understand your concern. Now have you tried restarted phone."

    "Yes"

    "Ahhh I understand your concern. Try restart again..."

    Fuckers were so clueless

      Oh my god i always internally laugh because you hear the hate in my customer service voice but these people act as if they're seriously invested in helping you

      I haven't but where I live my internet service customer service sounds incredibly sktchy. I'm always greeted by Asians and I can hardly understand what they're saying.

    I dont trust people on the phone period. That's why I try to do all my stuff in person.
