Is it normal that the neck holes on my shirts are too big?

I am female. On my sweaters,t-shirts and blouses the neck holes are too big and you can see my bra straps, and it's really embarrasing. I gather up the side of the collar with a safety pin, but it looks really stupid. Do other people have this problem? And a lot of my shirts and sweaters are this way. Is this normal?

Just a suggestion, could you try methods for shrinking your clothing? specifically spot-shrinking your overly large collars?

Your clothes are sized to fit you?

I really don't know-- but considering it's women's clothing, I can't help but think it's the result of fashion trends/designs which lean away from conservative dress styles. Sounds like you should have quite the priority on, and attention to collar size when choosing future tops.

Just my opinion, I would choose the odd-looking clothes pins or whatever over feeling "exposed". Before the creators of southpark "made it" one of the two had broken glasses. Being poor essentially, he used a paperclip to "tie" the broken ear piece to the rest of the frame. People thought it was a fashion statement xD.

I have 1 man's v-neck t-shirt, and it's overall a larger collar/"neck hole". Get on outta here... with my neck holes... (eye holes; rick and morty).

When I hold my kid he always grabs my collar for support. It ruins every shirt. Even if the collar is barely pulled once it'll never look the same.

I had this problem when I was under 100 pounds. I just let the bra straps show.
