Is it normal that they complain about the free water?

At my job they give us free bottles of water. I'm happy to have them because I don't have to spend money while working at that hot temp place. My coworkers complain that the water has no electrolytes. Or they'll complain that there isnt soda. I'm fine with what's given. Is it normal?
