Is it normal that this happens to me?

When i hang around this site too long, I get immediately logged out and when I try signing back in, it turns out I lost my account so I have to make a new one. IIN?

It's like I have to not be here just so I don't get banned from my accounts. Please help! :(

I don't want to have to keep making accounts. I've learned from my mistakes and I won't be bad anymore.
