Is it normal that throat lozenges give me bloody faeces?

Is it normal that whenever I eat throat lozenges, I violently spew blood from my rectum? I know you're not meant to eat more than one, but doesn't really help soothe my throat only having one. If you eat too many, is it bad for you?
