I really would love if I was able to use uber. However Uber refuses my payment even when I have money on my cards. It said it won't take cards without under 10$ and my cards have more than just 10$. Says its not a valid card, and I tried both my debit from the bank and my pay card.
Gift cards? Prepaid cards? No shit. They don't want to be scammed. Get a real debit or credit card and you won't have this problem.
I never said I used a gift card, I do have a debit but it linked directly to my bank and it says the cards need at least 10$ to be accepted. Which if that is the case, why would they use credit.
You must be trying to use a card Uber does not accept or you do not have $10. Or you are entering incorrect information.
First, confirm that the card you are trying to use is accepted by Uber. Uber does not accept prepaid cards. Is your debit card linked to a checking account at an actual bank or is it one of those reloadable prepaid debit cards not attached to a checking account? If it's the latter then that would be why it won't work.
If it's a card they definitely accept then either you don't have enough money on it or you are entering your information incorrectly.
I believe Uber accepts paypal so you could open a paypal account if all else fails.
