Is it normal that when i relax i put my hand under my pants and/or panties?

When I'm alone and I'm watching TV or something I put my hand under my pants or panties.
It just feels so warm and nice... (haha, sounds weird)

    Sure. Men do it all the time. To themselves, I mean. Not to you. Or maybe they do. I don't know what you get up to.

    I also find myself placing my hand down my sweatpants(without underwear)
    often and finding comfort
