Is it normal this came out of my butt?

I was just sitting here chilling and all of a sudden i had pressure in my stomach and had the urge to push. When I pushed air came out of my butthole and it made a squeeking noise. Now the room smelt like eggs for a few minutes. Whys this!?

    The reason why it smelled like rotten eggs is the combination of methane and other fecal particles that are passed through gas.

    Yeah it was just a fart.
    In case you are wondering why farts smell, it is so deaf people can enjoy them also.
