Is it normal this pattern?
I have a sleep pattern I really wanna get out of my life. I am on holiday and I sleep at 12 and get up at like 10 am, but then I am tired during the day and sleep more during the day, then stay up all night. I want to be that morning person, I have a goal to wake up to pray at 3-30 am and do housework or exercise and sleep early around 10 pm. Instead I am awake at night when I don't need to be as productive. How do I break this cycle?
