Is it normal to almost never take risks?

I almost never take risks, or rely on faulty logic , or fallacies.
Frequently, I make my life decisions , talking choices and almost everything based on stone cold logic.
If the topic is serious or isn't meant to be funny, I almost always apply logic, statistics and facts over taking a risk.
Is this completely normal?

Hey, Stone Cold logician, did you know that spaces don't come before commas?

That's called typing on a 2DS where the spacing is awkward, and thanks for being rude.

I was going to compliment your username because I thought it was the thing from the Anamorphs (http://animorphs.wikia.com/wiki/Ellimist), but then I googled it and all I got was this Urban Dictionary entry: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Elimist

It is one way to approach life. There are many others. If you are having a good life, then this is working for you. If not, then you might want to find another approach.
