Is it normal to always feel tired?
I'm 18 and everyday it's hard for me to get up and start the day, I always feel tired and just want to stay in my room and sleep. I've started not eating much either, I usually eat one or two snacks a day and thats it.
I've also been feeling sad but idk why, I feel like I'm not very important and not good at anything and a failure.
Should I see a doctor?
