There is a guy who works in my department, he is actually my supervisor. Now I'm not gay, I like women, but he is so charming it's unbelievable. He is only 28, skinny, tall, handsome, great hair, nice smile, very friendly and can talk with anyone. He is so intelligent and really knows how to connect with people and motivate them. I'm not attracted to him, but every time he talks to me or is even in front of me, I just can't help but smile. Whenever he has a conversation with me I find it so difficult to even get any words out of my mouth because I am so in awe at how amazing and wonderful he is.

    Sounds to me like you just admire him, and enjoy his company. From the way you describe him, I would say that he has a lot of qualities that you would like to see yourself develop, or wished you had developed at a younger age, but at the same time you're just slightly intimidated by him. After all, he's young, successful, intelligent, personable and your supervisor. That's a difficult combination to not be a little intimidated by.
