Yes, I'm a guy and I barely have any body hair. My armpits look almost like they're shaved, even though I never shave them. Chest hair? Non-existant. The only place I have hair on my body is the genitals. My legs are less hairy than the legs of the average female feminist. LOL But no seriously, is this normal?
It's normal! Tbh since you said you were Swedish and really pale, then maybe it's better and I kinda envy you lol. I'm a Polish girl and also extremely white, but kinda hairy naturally and that sucks cause it's more visible than on darker people and I gotta shave all the time. It's also more and more common for men to shave and nowadays many women don't like hairy guys, so don't worry about it :) I'm sure you look alright.
Body hair fluctuates massively between people, I have way more leg hair than my dad for instance, I remember asking if he shaved them as a teenager because I was so confused. There’s nothing wrong with not having much and as DADNSCAL said you will almost certainly grow more with age anyway.
Body hair is a question of genes. How old're you? You may develop more hair with age.

know what you are saying, i also have very little body hair, even down below arm pits are smooth or very little light hair. hair growth vary so much, dont know why but it does.
Are you perhaps Native American, or East Asian? It's not uncommon for East Asian, and Native American people to have little no body hair.
